Dr. Nate began his journey by earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Hofstra University, which first brought him to Long Island. Having played sports his entire life, he also experienced time on the sidelines due to injuries. Those challenges inspired his passion for helping athletes return to playing and exercising at their full potential.

After graduating from Hofstra, Dr. Nate continued his education at Northeast College of Health Sciences, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During his studies, he focused on exercise rehabilitation, combining his love for sports and movement with evidence-based chiropractic care.

Since entering the profession, Dr. Nate has recognized the limitations of traditional chiropractic care. This led him to open Momentum, a practice dedicated to diversifying the profession by integrating manual therapy, adjustments, and corrective exercise to create long-term results for his patients.

Outside of the office, Dr. Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hiking, lifting weights, watching movies, and traveling the world.
